HR Specialist

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on HR Specialist (f/m/x) to own and shape the full employee experience on the ground. This is a highly impactful, generalist role at the intersection of operations, employee support, and coordination with external partners.

The scope is intentionally broad, but we’re not looking for someone who has done everything before. We’re looking for a motivated, structured, and communicative person who takes ownership, is proactive, and is excited to grow into the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all employees on site for People-related topics

• Own and manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)

• Coordinate and communicate with external stakeholders, including:

  • Health insurance providers

  • Authorities (e.g. immigration office, employment agency, BGN)

• Prepare and support payroll processes in collaboration with external providers

• Manage and coordinate external service providers (e.g. payroll, IT)

• Ensure smooth day-to-day People Operations and continuously improve and automate processes

• Support a highly energized, agile and well-organized work environment

About You

• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive, hands-on mindset

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with a wide range of stakeholders

• Comfortable with coordination and administrative processes, including communication via different channels

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and structured

• Analytical thinking, data driven and the ability to keep track of multiple topics at once

• A curious and open minded personality with strong interpersonal skills
