Laborant:in / Operator:in BTA/CTA – Protein-Analytik (m/w/d)

Über die Rolle

Wir suchen motivierte und sorgfältige Mitarbeitende im Laborbereich (BTA/CTA) zur Verstärkung unseres Analytik-Teams in Frankfurt am Main. In dieser Position unterstützt du vor allem routinemäßige analytische Arbeiten mit Schwerpunkt auf HPLC-UV-Analytik, sowie der Quantifizierung und physikochemischen Charakterisierung von Proteinen. 

Als Teil unseres interdisziplinären Teams arbeitest du eng mit WissenschaftlerInnen aus den Bereichen Bio-Engineering, Food Science und Fermentation zusammen. Deine Arbeit leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Qualität und Verlässlichkeit unserer Analysen und damit zum Erfolg unserer Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte.

Deine Aufgaben

• Durchführung von routinemäßigen HPLC-UV-Analysen nach etablierten SOPs
• Probenvorbereitung für Proteomics-Analysen (z. B. Proteinextraktion, -verdau, -aufreinigung)
• Durchführung von Protein-Assays (z.B. Bradford) und Unterstützung bei physikochemischen Analysen (z.B. Partikelgrößenbestimmung)
• Sorgfältige Auswertung und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse gemäß interner Richtlinien
• Bedienung, Reinigung, Kalibrierung und Instandhaltung analytischer Geräte
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit WissenschaftlerInnen zur Unterstützung laufender Projekte

Das bringst du mit

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als BTA, CTA oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste praktische Erfahrung im Labor (z. B. durch Ausbildung, Praktika oder Berufseinstieg)
• Grundkenntnisse in HPLC oder chromatographischen Methoden von Vorteil
• Interesse an Proteinanalytik und biochemischen Methoden
• Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Motivation, sich in neue Methoden einzuarbeite
• Gute Dokumentationsfähigkeit
• Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau (in Wort und Schrift)
